Cesario Garcia Running for San Antonio City Council

San Antonio, TX - Cesario Garcia, a long-time resident of District 8, has announced his candidacy for the San Antonio City Council representing District 8 in the upcoming election. Garcia, a business owner and community activist, is committed to improving the quality of life for all residents of District 8.
